KRO2 Project Al-Khobar
Installation and lamination of GRP pipes and fittings for DAF, DMF, and RO buildings, with a total GRP lamination quantity of 85,000 inch-diameter, covering sizes ranging from DN 25 to DN 3800 mm.
Sadara Chemical Complex, Jubail II
Installation of GRP, HDPE, PVDF, PVC, and UPVC pipes and fittings. The completed works include GRP lamination (up to 80” diameter) totaling 55,033 inch-diameter, HDPE butt-welded and electro-fusion joints (up to 24” diameter) totaling 24,596 inch-diameter, PVDF piping (up to 4” diameter) totaling 820 inch-diameter, and UPVC piping (up to 4” diameter) totaling 6,000 inch-diameter. The project was successfully completed in December 2015, adhering to project specifications and international standards.
Attest – Sadara, Jubail II
Lamination of GRE pipe joints for the firefighting system at the wastewater treatment plant. Over 300 joints (sizes 3”, 4”, 6”, 8”, and 10”) successfully completed in February 2015.
Cement Plant, Qatar
Fabrication and shop assembly of light steel structures, including handrails, ladders, roof trusses, purlins, and more.
Qurayyah Power Plant Project C
Installation of Carbon Steel Rubber Lines (CSRL) pipe headers with a diameter of 3.0 meters for 12 pumping stations across 6 blocks. Welding of Pre-stressed Concrete Cylinder Pipes (PCCP) joints, totaling over 1000 joints of various diameters (3.0, 2.1, 0.8 meters, etc.).
Rabigh Power Plant II
Welding of Pre-stressed Concrete Cylinder Pipes (PCCP) joints, totaling over 2500 joints of various diameters (3.4, 3.0, 2.2, 1.0, 0.8, 0.6 meters), completed in February 2014.
Qurayyah Independent Power Plant (QIPP)
Lamination joints of (GRP) pipes with a diameter of 2700 mm, installed across a range from 1” to 78”, including lamination, bolting, and socket joints for GRP, steel, HDPE, and CPVC pipes respectively for Electro Chlorination System, Wastewater Treatment System, and branch lines of the cooling water system. The total quantity of inch-diameter worked exceeds 45,000 inches (approx.), completed in a professional manner, adhering to safety regulations.
Saudi Cement Co
Road asphalting and construction of retention walls.
Saudi Arabian National Guards
Water Supply System: Supply and installation of a complete 50,000 L water supply system for GPT Special Projects Management Ltd in Al Hasa.
Air Conditioning Units: Removal of existing window and split units, installation of 44 new Air Conditioning Split Type units (ranging from 1.5T to 3.0T), and restoration of open windows with painting for GPT Special Projects.
